The modified bail condition order dated 22.09.2023 that the petitioner to report before the respondent police twice a week on Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., till the supplementary charge sheet is filed is now sought to be relaxed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the past 12 weeks, the petitioner is regularly complied the condition and for the other co-accused the bail condition has been totally relaxed.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police states that some of the accused are still in abroad and yet to be secured. Their total relaxation of bail condition is not conducive for the completion of investigation.

In the above circumstances, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month until further orders.
