This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.13785 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.650 of 2019 vide order dated 26.09.2019, to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition in paragraph 7 imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13785 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.650 of 2019 vide order dated 26.09.2019, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months at 10.30 a.m., starting from the 1st working day of January 2024, until further orders." It is made clear that the rest of the condition shall remains unaltered.
