The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.25444 of 2023 in S.C.No.170 of 2015 whether he is an accused and originally Crime No.130 of 2014 had been registered under Sections 4(1)(i) 4(1) (aaa) r/w 4(1-A) of TNP Act.

2. It is stated that NonBailable Warrant had been issued against the petitioner on 07.07.2023.

3. The anticipatory bail will not alive and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court/Assistant Sessions Court at Arani, Tiruvannamalai District in S.C.No.170 of 2015 is pending.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
