Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. If any appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be entertained by the appellate authority without reference to limitation subject to the petitioner complying with all other conditions including pre-deposit. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
