This application has been filed to determine and appoint either Mrs.V.Gunasundari, the 2nd respondent or K.Ashwin, the 3rd respondent herein or any other suitable / fit person as a trustee of the Subba Reddiar's Charities in the place of the branch of Mr.A.T.P.Venkatachalapathy (since deceased) in the above suit.

2. The third respondent is already set exparte.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent Mrs.V.Gunasundari is said to be the senior most person of the other branch of Mr.A.T.P.Venkatachalapathy; therefore, she can be appointed as a trustee representing the branch of Mr.A.T.P.Venkatachalapathy in Subba Reddiar's Charities.

4. The first respondent has not filed any counter so far as this application is concerned. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for.
