When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellant would state that the main O.P. itself was settled before the Lock Adalat and therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal. A copy of the settlement memo before the Lok Adalat (District/Taluk Legal Services Authority/Committee, Vridhachalam) in Lok Adalat Case No.53 of 2020 dated 08.02.2020 is also produced before this Court and the same is also perused.

2. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
