The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, submits that the complaint regarding money dispute and therefore, investigation is on whether any criminality is made out or it is only a civil dispute. Based on the outcome of the Investigation, final report will be filed and seeks three months time to file the final report. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period three months.
