Crl.M.P.Nos.16603 & 16604 of 2025 rna COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.19610 & 18254 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.19610 & 18254 of 2025 dated 05.08.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
