This petition is filed to condone the delay of 55 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
2. Mr.Ma.P.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. Notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. Though notice has been served on the respondents 3 to 5, none appeared on behalf of them either in person or through pleader.
3. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
