Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to forthwith declare the results of the Petitioner for the III and IV Semester Examinations conducted in April/May 2003 and permit the petitioner to complete his B.Tech. Course in Information Technology in the 2nd Respondent College.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to forthwith declare the results of the petitioner for the III and IV th Semester Examinations conducted in April/May 2003 and permit the petitioner to complete his B.Tech Course in Information Technology in the 2nd Respondent College.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was pursuing his B.Tech Course in Information Technology in the Academic year 2001 to 2002.

3.On account of certain disputes arose and thereafter, the results of the writ petitioner was not declared. For this purpose, the petition was filed on 27th November 2003, now after a lapse of about 14 years, the writ petitioner is unable to inform this Court about the present status and the grievance, if any, exists to the writ petitioner.

4.Under these circumstances, this Court is not in a position to adjudicate the merits and the demerits of the matter and it is left open to the writ petitioner, if any grievance exists to approach the appropriate forum, if necessary. 5.With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
