(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ('WMP') has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original notifications dated 31.10.2020 and 04.08.2022 bearing Notification Roc.No.59095/2020/SCS and Roc.No.71228-A/2022/SSA (issued by second respondent and third respondent respectively). Both these notifications shall hereinafter be referred to as 'said notifications' collectively for the sake of convenience and clarity. A perusal of the support affidavit, more particularly the second part of paragraph 16 at page 10 brings to light that the reason for dispense with prayer is said notifications were put up in the website (referred to as 'internet' in the affidavit). Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the matter, the reason is acceptable and therefore, the dispense with prayer is acceded to. 1/3
