ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed against the order dated 18.05.2022 made in C.M.P.No.124 of 2021 in M.C.No.94 of 2020, on the file of the Additional Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the interim maintenance awarded by the trial Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
