ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 31.03.2018 and to regularise the petitioner's plots situated in Kalapatty Survey No.435/1, Kalapatty Coimbatore district as per the G.O.78 dated 04.05.2017.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the application to regularise the petitioner's plots situated in Kalapatty Survey No.435/1, Kalapatty Coimbatore district is still pending with the respondents.

4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, if any application is pending on the file of the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
