Cont.P.No. 2019 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Hosur in Na.Ka.387/2019/A2 dated 13.12.2019. A copy of the said order has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In such view of the matter, this Contempt Petition stands closed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if so advised.
