Heard Mr.K.Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the respondents. Contemnors are present before this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the bank has engaged the petitioner as jewel appraiser in Kilkattalai branch and Orders have also been issued in this regard and hence, submitted that this Contempt Petition may be closed. A copy of the Order has also been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
