While disposing of the Writ Petitions on 14.02.2020, this Court remitted back the matter to the Labour Court to take up those applications and permit the respective parties to adduce both oral and documentary evidence and thereafter, pass an order on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing of both parties. Such exercise shall be done by the Labour Court within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. This Court has received a communication from the Presiding Officer, Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 14.02.2020 passed in these Writ Petitions. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by one month from today to comply with the order dated 14.02.2020 passed by this Court in the above Writ Petitions.
