Pending Civil Revision Petition, the parties have settled the matter and the respondents withdrew the suit. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. 2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
