This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.10027 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025 in Crime No.125 of 2024, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN , J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.10027 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
