The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner in a suitable post in the Ayurvedic wing of General Hospital of Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd., Neyveli, commensurate with her experience and qualification. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, after 2004, the petitioner has not been employed by the respondents and therefore, the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
