ORDER

In respect of the Securities left by the late Mrs.D.Ramakrishnan, this Court vide order dated 14.11.2019 in O.P.No.215 of 2019 granted Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioner Mrs.Mohana Ramakrishnan. The petitioner later found that some more securities held by 1/3

her husband D.Ramakrishnan has not been included in the schedule. Hence, she wants to extend the grant of Succession Certificate including those left out shares.

2. Notice to the respondent were served and they have filed consent affidavits to extent the Succession Certificate in respect of the shares mentioned in the application.

3. Considering the fact that the applicant is none other than the wife of late D.Ramakrishnan in whose name the shares stands and the other legal heirs have given consent for grant of Succession Certificate in favour of the applicant. Hence, this application is allowed. 23.01.2025 2/3
