This petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order passed by the Principal District Court, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.2204 of 2025 dated 09.08.2025 and relax the condition that "the petitioners shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, daily at 10.00 a.m., except holidays, until further orders" imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1601 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for petitioners submitted that the petitioners had been complying with the conditions regularly and he sought for relaxation of the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1601 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025, "the petitioners shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, daily at 10.00 a.m., except holidays, until further orders" is relaxed. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. All other conditions remain unaltered.
