This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to take action against the fifth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.P.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is being restrained from worshipping in the temple 2/6
by the fifth respondent and others even though the temple is a public temple.
3. If the contentions of the petitioner are true that the temple is a public temple and the persons in charge of the temple are not permitting him to worship and there is any complaint with reference to the management of the temple, the petitioner should only make a representation to the appropriate authority, namely the jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner of the HR & CE Department.
