This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.22002 of 2022, dated 24.08.2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.22002 of 2022, dated 24.08.2022, has been complied with.
