O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a direction from this Court to the Court below ie., the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to dispose off the suit in O.S.No.166 of 2017 expeditiously.

2. The suit is filed for declaration and injunction, where pleadings seems to have been completed. However, the suit is at the stage of issues and for long hearings, issues have not yet been framed.

3. Be that as it may. Since the suit is of the year 2017 and already there would be suits filed during earlier years pending on the file of the said Court, we cannot expect the learned Judge to decide the present suit at the earliest giving priority to this suit. Hence, this Court is of the view that while rejecting the prayer sought for in the revision, this Court can give a direction to decide the suit at the earliest.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, with an observation that the Court below can decide the suit in O.S.No.166 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
