ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.131 of 2025 U/s.296(b),126(2),115(2),118(1),351(3) of BNS of 2023 on the file of the Kovilpalayam Police station, Coimbatore. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.131 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 296(b),126(2),115(2),118(1),351(3) of BNS of 2023. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.C 202500401 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Annur on 07.07.2025 and the same is yet to be numbered.
