This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28055 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022 that she should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
