ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Police to take necessary steps to defreeze the Petitioner's Savings Bank Account bearing No.46248100013090 maintained with Bank of Baroda, Sector-22, Rohini Branch.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that only Rs.300/- alone is the disputed amount and having regard to the same, the respondent had already sent a communication dated 07.09.2025 to the Nodal Officer, Bank of Baroda intimating the said fact.

3. In the light of the communication dated 07.09.2025 sent by the respondent, except the disputed amount of Rs.300/-, the other amounts lying in the Savings Bank Account of the petitioner, bearing A/c.No.46248100013090 maintained with Bank of Baroda, Sector-22, Rohini Branch, are permitted to be operated by the petitioner. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the Bank of Baroda, Sector-22, Rohini Branch to defreeze the Petitioner's Savings

Bank Account bearing A/c.No.46248100013090 maintained with that Bank as per the request of the respondent police.
