This writ petition has been filed challenging the notification dated 12.10.2022 vide proceeding No.Nil issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Director of Co-Operative Audit.

2. It is the contention of the writ petitioner that she has not been called for interview on the ground that she has not possessed sufficient qualification. Though her contention with regard to the equivalence of Diploma in Cooperation and Diploma in Cooperative Management is acceptable, the fact remains that, in this case, the petitioner has not disclosed what is her marks, what are the nature of the marks secured by others and whether the petitioner is entitled to go for interview etc., The other writ petitioners have been participated in the interview as per the directions of this Court, whereas, no such directions is sought by the petitioner. Therefore, at this stage when the entire process is over and the petitioner merely on the basis of vague allegations cannot seek quashment of the entire notification.

3. Accordingly, I do not find any merits in this case and this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
