This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the civil revision petition which was dismissed for non prosecution on 02.12.2022.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent have no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3.In view of the submission made on either side, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and consequently the civil revision petition is restored to file as prayed for.
