This Writ petition has been filed seeking quashment of the order of the 1st respondent dated 05.10.2016 made in I.D.No.353/2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, they are not pressing the award passed in the I.D.No.353 of 2015 dated 05.10.2016, as the matter was settled outside the Court. He has also filed a memo to that effect before this Court today.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ petition stands closed and the memo dated 31.07.2023 filed by the petitioner/workman shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
