ORDER
The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.22300 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation in the present case is at an advanced stage and is almost complete.
3. Considering the submissions made and on perusal of the records, this Court is of the considered opinion that the alleged offence involves a substantial monetary amount. In view of the seriousness and gravity of the financial implications, this Court finds no justification to interfere with or relax the conditions imposed in the bail order dated 19.08.2025.
4. Accordingly, the petition seeking modification of condition stands dismissed.
