(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The petitioner seeks condonation of a huge delay of 3051 days in filing the appeal. The order in the writ petition was made on 01.04.2016. Even the copy of the order was applied only on 11.10.2023, almost after 8 years. The only reason that is assigned for the delay is due to certain administrative reasons and COVID - 19 pandemic.
