ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 18.03.2023.

2. The petitioner was working as Writer at Aymoor PACCS Limited. While being so, the petitioner was placed under suspension based on the resolution dated 18.03.2023 passed by the 1st respondent. The 2nd respondent lodged a complaint before the EOW, Nagapattinam vide FIR in Crime No.3 of 2023 for the offences punishable under sections 408, 409, 420, 468, 471, 477A and 34 of IPC. In pursuant to the registration of FIR, there was recovery from the petitioner. All the allegations are very serious in nature and as such this court cannot find any valid reason to revoke the order of suspension passed by the 1st respondent. 2/4

3. Therefore, the case of the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
