These petitions have been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to call for the records in Special Case Nos. 1 and 2 of 2025, pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Cuddalore and to quash the same.

After arguing the matter for some time, Dr.Muralidhar, learned Senior Counsel, representing Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these two petitions with the liberty to agitate all the grounds before the appropriate forum. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
