The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 3(2) (a), 4 (1), 5 (1)(a) of Immoral Traffic Prevention Ac, 1956, in Crime No.36 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioner. 3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent that A1 & A2 are running brothel. A3 is a broker, who brings the victim women. It is stated that the respondent had also rescued four victim women from the place of brothel at Mylapore. It is stated that the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner had been dismissed by this Court. Thus, he prayed for dismissal of this petition. 4.There is no change in circumstances except the fact that A1 had been arrested and released on bail. Even though that is a fact, still I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
