in Crl.O.P.No.29943 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J., This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 02.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.29943 of 2022 that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his separate bond bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to produce two blood related sureties. Hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29943 of 2022 vide order dated 02.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his separate bond bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties out of which one surety should be blood related surety each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sendamangalam. and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the 1/3

concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
