After some arguments, Mr.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw the captioned writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the case file. A scanned reproduction of the endorsement is as follows:

Captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action with better particulars. If the petitioner chooses to do so, the fresh writ petition will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law de hors this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
