Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent do not make any registration based on the forged documents in respective of S.No.15/ 4B till the disposal of the O.S.No.20/2021 pending on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Tiruttani and further directing the 2nd Respondent to make encumbrance in the S. No.15/4B based on the notice issued on behalf of the petitioner dated 23.11.2022.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent not to register any document pending the suit in O.S.No.20/2021 pending before the District Munsif Court, Tiruttani.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. At the outset, this Court is of the view that such mandamus cannot be granted since the suit is already pending between the parties. Any transactions in respect of the schedule properties will be subject to the result of the suit. If the petitioner succeeds in the suit any transactions will fall within the ambit of lis pendens transaction.
