This Court vide its order dated 30.10.2024, had modified the condition imposed on the petitioner which it had earlier imposed while suspending the sentence. However, in paragraph No.2 of the order, while referring to the Court before which the petitioner is under a direction to appear, the name of the Court is wrongly given as designated C.B.I. Court, Chennai, whereas it is a designated Court for V & AC cases (Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpet).

2.The error above mentioned is brought to the notice of the Court at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner today. 3.The Registry is now required to change the name of the Court in the third line of paragraph No.2 of its order dated 30.10.2024 as 'designated Court for V & AC cases (Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpet), and host 1/3

kas the corrected order in the official website. If any certified copy of the order had been issued, then the Registry is required to issue a fresh certified copy at free of charges.

This petition is filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9126 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.693 of 2023, while suspending the sentence imposed on him.
