The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 07.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3301 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25922 of 2022 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that C.C.No.269 of 2023 is filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Salem and the next date of hearing is on 08.01.2025.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Additional Mahila Court, Salem on 08.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
