This application has been filed by the applicant to extend the mandate of the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of one year from 14.05.2024 to complete the pending arbitration proceedings.

2. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of one year from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of one year and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
