This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 527 days in in preferring the above appeal as against the final award dated 14th February, 2023, passed in E.C.No.52 of 2019, by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation (Joint Commissioner of Labour - II), at Chennai.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

5. Accordingly this Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
