The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Trial Court on every day at 10.00 a.m, until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 22568 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
