sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on 13.06.2022 but it was not taken on file.

In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
