The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 r/w 34 of IPC, in Crime No.112 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.112 of 2019 for offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 r/w 34 of IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that after completion of investigation, a final report filed and the case was committed to the Court of Sessions in SC.No.420 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court-IV, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District. The petitioner failed to appear before the Court. Hence, a Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against him on 19.12.2024.

4. In the said circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail petition stating that he was detained in Crime No.35 of 2025 on 19.01.2025 2/4

and was in prison till 06.08.2025. Hence, he was not able to attend the Court. However, the records shows that the petitioner was not present before the Court even prior to his arrest in Crime No.35 of 2025. Hence, this petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
