The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 318(4) of BNS, in Crime No.Not Known, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that a money dispute between the employer and the employee has led to the complaint against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the complaint is at the petition enquiry stage and if the petitioner cooperate with the enquiry, there will be no need for any coercive steps or apprehension of arrest.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that summons have been issued to the petitioner and he is ready to participate in the enquiry.

4. Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, with a direction to the respondent police to complete the 2/4

enquiry within a period of 21 days and not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner unless and until serious cognizable offence is made out. 01.09.2025 bsm To,
