Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent No.6 for the torture against the petitioner's son by name Sheik @ Jegabar Ali, son of Mohamed Ali, aged 37 years, now confined at Cuddalore Central Prison, Consequently to direct the respondent NO.1 to pay fair and reasonable amount of compensation to the petitioner's son and recover the same from the respondent No.6.
