W.M.P.No.32871 of 2022 in W.P.No.554 of 2022 M.S.RAMESH, J.

This petition is filed to amend the prayer in the writ petition as follows:

" It is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issuance of a Certified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned provisonally selection list dated 08.02.2022 for the post of Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Technical) in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (EI) Department included in Tamil Nadu Industries Service, 2019 issued by the 1st respondent as per Notification No.34 of 2019 dated 09.12.2019 and quash the same in pertaining to the 3rd respondent concerned consequently direct the respondents to select the petitioner for the post of Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Technical) and pass such further or other orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The amendment petition is ordered as prayed for .
