Both the learned counsels would submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement, but the terms of settlement has to be finalized in writing. They seek further time to file Memorandum of Compromise.

In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the learned counsel for the respondents / defendants has also not raised any serious objection for making the interim injunction absolute in O.A. Nos.949 and 950 of 2023. Accordingly, the interim injunction granted in O.A. Nos.949 and 950 of 2023 is made absolute and the said applications are allowed as prayed for.

3. A. No.6012 of 2023 has been filed to combine the cause of action.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application as well.

5. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, A. No.6012 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for.
