This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the erring police officials 2nd and 3rd respondents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that already a FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.258 of 2023 on 15.11.2023 for the offence under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 506(i) of IPC.

3.In the light of above, the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No 2/4
